An Integral Zen Healing Retreat – Where Silence and Healing Converge
7 day 6 night Zen Healing retreat, Doshin Roshi and Shikyo Jiryu
Vegetarian meals, location is high altitude, about a four hour drive from Denver and one hour from Alamosa airport. Single room occupancy with shared bathrooms, workshop size limited. A combination of silent meditation and interactive study and exploration of Integral Zen Healing.
